Consistent Harbour Stay
smooth check-in helpful staff available e-bikes clean pool
Check-in was smooth. Staff took care of a couple requests I had. The e-bikes located in the lobby were available for rent for trips around the area. The pool area had plenty light and towels available.
The elevators did take a long time sometimes.

Staff gave quick service at the p2b restaurant, even when busy. The front desk were also quick to answer the phone. The staff generally seemed happy to work here.

constant noise lacking security
I faced some issues . The noise from the adjacent building's air conditioning unit was constant. It made sleeping difficult in my city-facing room. Paying extra for parking also bothered me. The parking cost nearly $50 each night, and it lacked any security measures. Anyone could walk in. A sign even warned against leaving valuables in vehicles.

the walk to the cruise port was easy, even with my luggage! the hotel's location made getting to the ship stress-free. the nearby restaurants provided several dining options, all within walking distance. the staff offered great assistance, providing directions and recommendations when needed.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated.

clean room friendly staff usb sockets food quality
my room was very clean. the plentiful towels were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
i found that there were no usb or usbc sockets in the room. this was an inconvenience as i needed to charge my devices.

The hotel's proximity to Canada Place was perfect. I also appreciated being near local eateries. The room included comfy beds and a small balcony with a nice city view. Staff arranged a taxi to the hospital after i had an accident. The hotel provided a wheelchair, essential after my injury.
The letter in my room stated they would start at 11 am, but it was much earlier, around 7 am.

the hotel includes a gym with modern equipment. i saw that it has several treadmills and stationary bikes, great for varied workouts and fitness routines. a pool area also offers guests the chance to relax or swim laps.
